Specific Programs

Students are given the opportunity to specialize in legal science to be mastered in a particular area in accordance with their talents and interests. Program specificity was sharpening expertise in accordance with the development of legal science, community needs and interests and talents of students. Therefore, the specificity of each program has a compulsory subject to be taken and the difference between the specificity of one program with another program specificity.

Faculty of Law, Udayana University currently provides 7 (seven) Specialization Programs (PK), namely:

PK I. The legal system Program 

The program provides specialized skills and knowledge about the field of civil law, criminal law, and procedural law in general, as well as quasi-judicial process and others/graduated from this program are expected to have an edge to understand and analyze and solve legal problems in a practical implementation.

PK II.  Law and Society Program (PK II)

The program provides specific knowledge about the field of customary law, in heritance law, civil law, criminology, sociology, legal sciences and empirical. Graduates of this program are expected to have the advantage of understanding and analyzing and solving legal problems relating to social issues such as in heritance, marriage, issues of indigenous peoples in general and Bali in particular.

PK III. Administrative Law Program

The program provides specific knowledge about the field of law relating to aspects of governance such as constitutional law, administrative law of the state, local government law, employment law and legal science narrative. Graduates of this program are expected to have an edge to understand and analyze and put forward suggestions relating to the life of the state and the state administration.

PK IV Business Law Program 

The program provides specific knowledge about the field of commercial law, economic law, tourism law, intellectual property rights, banking law and jurisprudence relating to knowledge in the field of economics. Graduates of this program are expected to have an edge in understanding and analyzing as well as capable of solving legal problems relating to economic relations and finance.

PK V. State and Constitutional Law Program

The program provides specific knowledge about the field of law relating to aspects of the implementation of the State. State institutions such as parliament, citizenship, law and public policy, the science of legislation, the law of population, comparative state constitutional law, elections, capita Selecta. Graduates of this program are expected to have an edge to understand and analyze suggestions, opinions relating to the conduct of the State.

PK VI. Criminal Law Program 

The program provides specific knowledge about the field of criminal law. Among other things, economic crime, political crimes, criminal law, white-collar crime and corruption, vice crimes, criminology, penalogy, and comparative criminal law. Graduates of this program are expected to have an edge in understanding and analyzing and able to solve problems relating to criminal law.

PKVII. Program in International Law

The program provides specific knowledge on international law and topics are: the law of international organizations, maritime law, international treaty law, and diplomatic and consular law. Graduates of this program are expected to have an edge to understand and analyze and put forward suggestions, opinions relating to international law.
